Williams Elementary School PTO

As a parent or guardian of a Williams Elementary School student, you are automatically a PTO member. We welcome you to attend the meetings and get involved with your child's school for a few simple reasons:

• Our children benefit.
• We have fun.
• We make a difference.

Commit as much or as little time as you want.

March PTO Meeting

The March PTO meeting is Tuesday, March 6th at 6:30 pm in the cafeteria.

The March Meeting Agenda and February Minutes are available for review under PTO Documents.

Childcare for school-age children will be available during the meeting.

Yankee Candle Spring Fundraiser

Williams Elementary School PTO is partnering with Yankee Candle to help achieve our fundraising goals for this year. They are the world's #1 candle brand and they are offering a wide range of premium candles, fragrances and decor items at a very wide range of prices. 40% of every sale will be donated back to our school.

Please be on the lookout for this fundraising packet in your child's backpack.

Catalog sales start on March 5th. Please return the order form and payment to your child's teacher no later than March 19th. We will contact you when orders are ready to be picked up.

Please note that there is an online store with over 500 items as well. You can enlist your friends and family from out of town to help us reach our goals. Purchases made online will be shipped directly to the purchaser and the PTO will still receive 40% profit from the sales. The online promotion is good through July 11, 2018. More information can be found in your child's fundraising packet. You may visit, click on Seller login. Our group number is 999979801. Please note that sales tax and shipping charges may be applied to online orders.

All proceeds will benefit the academic, enrichment and social activities and events sponsored by the William Elementary School PTO. Thank you for your continued support!

Five Below Easter Shopping WEEK

You are invited to the Williams Elementary School PTO Shopping Fundraiser at Five Below, Sunday, March 18th through Sunday, March 25th. This event is ALL WEEK LONG! Five Below is open Monday-Saturday, 10:00 am-9:00 pm and Sunday 11:00 am-6:00 pm.

Do your Easter shopping during the week, present the flyer sent home with students to the cashier, and Five Below will donate 10% of your purchase back to the PTO.

All monies raised will be used toward the academic, enrichment and social activities and events presented by the PTO.

Please consider supporting the PTO while working on your Easter shopping list!

Dining to Donate

Please join your Williams friends and family at the Dining to Donate on Saturday, March 24 at Arizona Pizza in Lenox. Dine in or get takeout any time between 11:00 am and 11:00 pm and 20% of all receipts will be donated back to the Williams PTO (beverages included).

Just let your server know you are with Williams Elementary School. A copy of the flyer will be sent home with your child closer to the event. You may also find a copy of the flyer and the Arizona Pizza Takeout Menu under the Document section of the PTO website.

Additional Williams Gear is available for purchase. We have car magnets and reusable bags and limited quantities of SweatyBands custom headbands and custom athletic socks.

Custom Williams Girls Headbands by SweatyBands are available for purchase for $15 each or 2 for $25. There are three styles to choose from.


Custom Athletic Socks are available for purchase for $16. Sizes are adult male sizes and range from Youth to X-Large.
